Further confirmation that the entire system of knighthoods, awards, gold stars, doggy treats etc isnβt real in any meaningful sense, apart from ensuring Pavlovian conformity and reinforcing the glass ceiling of the establishment to keep the Morlocks away from the the Eloi.
