Everywhere I look here there are hundreds of peeps confusing/conflating Coutts Trio ( @marco_huigenbos + Co) who were charged with 'mischief', with Coutts 'Four' (who are now 2) Tony Olienick + Chris Carbert, charged with conspiracy + other alleged crimes. 1/

The level of ignorance about these two separate but related cases is off the charts. I guarantee the Crown is manipulating the confusion they + media are responsible for, in order to get convictions from mewling cabbages selected for jury duty. 2/

Another thing I'm seeing is Leaf Leftoid accounts celebrating jury finding Coutts Trio guilty, even though the Crown didn't make their case + no evidence was found of 'crimes' which were basis of the mischief charge. Leftoids do not believe in protest or freedom of speech. 3/

The Crown + Media are guilty of a misinformation + disinformation campaign around both Coutts cases; the first publication ban was meant to stop that. I believe Crown Prosecutor Steven Johnston has been working around that ban in other ways - major prosecutorial misconduct. 4/

The second publication ban, downstream of another Supreme Court of Canada decision back in October that applies to all pre-trial hearings, is being cynically complied with to prevent information disadvantageous to the Crown narrative from getting out to the public. 5/

Neither of those publication bans apply to me here in the United States. Expect a major expose on this travesty of injustice and squashing of Canadians Charter Rights either Sunday or early next week. 6/
