One day in the middle of a meeting the video feed went out. A few seconds later the power went out. Then all of the EMERGENCY lights went out. Our offices were on the 15th floor. I got my things and headed down the stairs.

Got me thinking about how bad a LOT of white people are at spotting threats from other white coworkers Like they’re surprised by behavior that non-white (and a few white outliers) saw coming clear as day Terrible at risk assessment
