If i was relaxing and they started calling me , i would go right back to sleep. Ain’t enough money in the world. She’s cooking for a whole ass family all day, entrees, salads, and desserts.

I feel like these videos of private chefs miss the fact that they work ridiculous hours and their day is essentially non-stop. Yeah, she’s in the Hamptons but at what cost?

Traveling to a new state, getting to experience it, she's probably paid pretty well, she gets to eat high end food. Idk what kinda bills she got but it's not complete ass

Try being an OR nurse/technician and being on call from 1500 Friday thru 0700 Monday continuing to work until 1500 Monday before you are “off” unless there are too many cases to “let you” go home which means you stay until they can. Pay is much less.

I know someone who works a similar job with those crazy hours in the Hamptons & is paid reaaaaaally well. He says it’s tough but money & perks makes up for it.

It can be like that. I wasn't live-in/on call, but if my employers had fam/friends in town, or an event, or the holidays, it got crazy where I average about 17 hour days. The pay was great, the perks were great too because my boss was in the NBA, but it's A LOT of work.
