@GDubRacer Hey Gavin, thanks for taking the time to do this. From your experience do the internship programs at Motorsport oriented schools like UNC Charlotte and IUPUI offer undergrads opportunities within the paddock, or how do you recommend students pursue a career in the field?

@GDubRacer Once my lad gets up from bed...I’ll have him hit you up! He’s aiming to get into STEM for high school...and loves racing. Kart races up at Goodwood each year too.

@GDubRacer Given you’ve worked in a few different series how do the engineering challenges vary between F1, Indycar, Nascar, V8s (listing Penske series)? Similar at its core? Hard to switch between?
