@GBNEWS Seriously has he never done a forecast for Africa, the Middle East. Pretty sure he knows that it's just a lottery of High Pressure systems being in the exact spot to create a longer plume from Africa. It's not rocket science, just as stalling Atlantic Highs bring cold South
