Why don't politicians just say "my wife and I are swingers" or whatever? Honesty is a quality rarely, if ever, found in a politician. How much easier it would make things

I recently noted the rhetoric of one of ‘Beth’s’ buddies. To say it was disturbing and sick is putting it very mildly. No doubt “they/it” (their own pronouns) was applauded too.
