Yet *another* expensive disaster? How many of these do they need to have before people realise that the SNP and their so-called government are the real expensive disaster, and are not improving, rather getting worse.

Stop 100 people in the street over the coming weekend and I’ll bet at least 90 of them won’t know a thing about this. As likely as not, there’ll be nothing reported on BBC Scotland or STV News broadcasts.

An effective IT system is down largely to the initial specification Get that wrong and you have problems This is typical of the snp unable to plan and think things through

The farming project a few years ago was the same, no control over costs at all, the census was exactly the same. They have no idea how to run large projects. Money is being taken from all other areas of their control to pay for this, projects are being cancelled or put on hold.
