@FurpocalypseInc Is there any penalty to cancelling a room reservation after it’s made?

@Hulex You will want to contact the hotel directly, but we recommend making a reservation only after you are sure you can attend. You wouldn't want to take a room away from another fur who couldn't book one! Plus we want you there~

@FurpocalypseInc Has the parking garage been repaired after the fire that occurred there earlier this year?

@PeachOpossum From what we have seen, the parking garage is still under repair but has been deemed safe by the city inspector and the fire marshal. There may be a few less spots but it will be open!

@FurpocalypseInc I know this is a really steep question but can we have a guarantee we won't get our rooms switched this year? I reserved for a two bed last year and only recieved one, I paid less but even my booking email had the two bedroom reserved. Was kinda peeved.

@Madamekatacomb There was a disconnect last year with how thing flowed but booking directly this year, we hope we won't have those issues again.

@FurpocalypseInc I see there is a place that mentions dealers will have a link for their block, but the rooms are opening well before dealers are being selected. What happens if I still want to attend the con even if I don’t get a table, but the hotel sells out before acceptance letters go out?

@RyuuYouki Our dealers department is finalizing lists. The dealers blocks and the attendee blocks are two separate groups so if you are selected and given a dealers block code, you will have the safety net of still being able to book a room. We don't expect to sell out fully to either group

@FurpocalypseInc Do you need to register for the con to make a room reservation first or can you make a room reservation then register for the con?

@Teal_Credere You can make a room reservation before getting your registration! But make sure you get your reg, you don't want to miss out~

@chromatickita There should be an option to select an ADA accessible room when making your initial reservation. Otherwise you will want to email the hotel directly
