@FouIvan @Tendar the EMPTY buildings. Empty from civilians, that is. Not sending missiles on unaware civilians quietly sleeping in their bed, in their appartment buildings in Dnipro, Kyiv, Zaporijia, Odessa, Mikolaiv or other smaller cities.
