@maxmason0 That’s all thanks to my striking coach, he just moved here from Ben Rothwells gym he’s helped my hands tremendously. Much more to learn but now I understand what I do wrong at least

@FatherTrebor Do some core work and straighten up a bit. Too much leaning forward

@fuhqueme A lot of that is bad habits left from wrestling, I certainly could use core work but many times I just have to remind myself to settle back into that striking stance. Especially if I’m tired as I am here
