I mean cardio will help achieve that to some degree. BUT cardio will workout the most important muscle, the heart. It’s recommended to get 150 minutes of moderate cardio each week

For muscle mass sure, but for fitness/health and getting lean cardio is essential not just that the better your cardio the more intense your lifting workouts can be with higher level fitness/endurance they go hand in hand
