@christso I would recommend 4-5 days of lifting weights around 45 min consistently to see good results.

@FabianaTassone Do both but go harder on lifting weights. The more muscle mass you develop, then the more calories you will be burning.

@FabianaTassone I mean cardio will help achieve that to some degree. BUT cardio will workout the most important muscle, the heart. It’s recommended to get 150 minutes of moderate cardio each week

@FabianaTassone For muscle mass sure, but for fitness/health and getting lean cardio is essential not just that the better your cardio the more intense your lifting workouts can be with higher level fitness/endurance they go hand in hand
