He's doing ok, still his happy self. But when I think back to people trying to tell me that masks and vaccines were just ""personal choices"", it makes me so utterly furious. My 4 YEAR OLD CHILD didn't get a fucking choice.

@Eddache_ My 4 year old also was positive from her daycare. She was asymptomatic thank fucking goodness. It’s tough since all we can do to protect them when they are so young is hope that everyone else does their part too.

@Eddache_ Fully vaccinated here and I’ve been quarantined with omicron for almost two weeks. Almost wasn’t able to see our family on the holidays, I’m so sorry this happened to your 4-year-old. People should get their vaccines and wear their masks.

@Eddache_ I was in the same situation a couple of weeks ago. My 9 year old brother got covid and it scared the shit out of everyone in our family. Please wear a mask lads. It's only a bit of cloth that could save lives

@Eddache_ My great-grandmother-in-law recently attended a funeral of a family member who died of covid. No one there wore masks. Several people tested positive BEFORE EVEN ATTENDING. Now, she's died of covid a few days ago, and her funeral is tomorrow...

@Eddache_ It makes me so angry when you get heckled for wearing a mask, my daughter is autistic and there was a thing going around that if she did get covid they wouldn't have resuscitated her, that was so scary to think about, even if you don't want the vaccination, wear a mask.

@Eddache_ Sorry about your son. But fun fact a mask will not stop you from getting it what so ever. We got COVID from a Telekom tech touching my wife's house key to go into the basement. Then her phone to speak to me. All parties had a mask on.
