Depression literally doesn’t look like anything. From the outside, depression and suicidal thoughts are laughs and smiles and “I’m okay”s. You really don’t know who may be struggling. Please check on people and I mean genuinely. Check. On. People. Just because.

I personally relate to this...it's as though everyone has a fast pace life and not time to actually notice what others may be going through...myself I sit quietly in the dark and don't complain but just wish someone was here to just sit with me and say everything's going to b ok
