Quite possibly. These ultra fine particles are really numerous but have very little mass. It means that they don't really show up in PM2.5 measurements and are therefore overlooked in PM2.5 regulations, limits and assessments. They are definitely there and maybe affecting health.

And in October of 21 while I was making nightime photos of our chimney stinker fog, I took some long esposures shots at the moon. Not getting the moon right but I saw the flight activity over our valley. And you cen bet these particles settle somewhere. Sometimes they do smell.

This must be the same Guardian that published a piece on electric car brake pollution using a so-called expert.
Electric cars don't use conventional brakes, but their motor-kinetic energy. My EV brakes are new after 110k miles.
