I literally came across a youtuber who did that.
And like the video itself was FINE, good even but they had that crap instead of just finding like proper filler images. (Like it was next to actual product images/videos too)
Like is just GOOGLING TOO HARD FOR YAH????

I agree this is an issue. But i do wanna take a second and say. They admitted it was ai, and they didnt say it was all theirs.
Without the proper context they could of been explaining how while they use ai art to help build their skill by tracing(i consider looking at an image-

Don't worry
I do real art which means I use a programm to draw them on my phone
Even tho it takes some time (even weeks sometimes) it's still worth it
