Entire thread is something. The one thing I will say is this; if you know the ex-wife is someone who is unstable or bad, to willingly surrender your kids to that person to raise, sounds a little crazy to me. I'd fight to the death to keep them if it was me.

I share custody of two kids with my ex-wife. Unfortunately, she set me up during a visit to see the kids (confirmed by a judge at the magistrate court), leading to unnecessary restrictions. The situation escalated, involving the police, and I was remanded, later attending court

@AntiMikTerta Lol. There is no chance I am willingly surrendering my kids to a mad person, whether na their mama or not. It's not happening.

@DondeonB To be going through months of legal battle doesn’t sound like willingly surrendering. Just saying.

@theculturedguy He left the kids. There is no other explanation. He didn't fight to keep them or stay in their lives. The months of legal battles were the false accusations and divorce, not about the keeping the kids.

@ThatslilStrange As the father, legally, you have rights. Enforce those laws. Especially in Nigeria, no judge is refusing you access to your kids for no reason.
