@Dimi @JoeBiden Unless you make major expansions in the respective Coast Guard and/or maritime law enforcement (backed up by grey hulls) you will *not* be able to combat illegal fishing. But at least with satellites you can watch them steal your resources while you stand by and do … nothing.

@Dimi @JoeBiden Philippines 🇵🇭 really needs to boost its navy and coast guard big time. They’reseverely underfunded & back even the basic military standoff weapons to post a credible threat to these fishing trawlers. Let’s hope QUAD members can help them.
