@Dimi V. interesting piece as always from the redoutable @Dimi - but more info required perhaps re: the relevance of east coast of Taiwan? Surely it’s mainly mountains falling straight into the sea? This was one reason MacArthur opted for Luzon in 1944 & not a Taiwan landing.

@Dimi @TheresaAFallon #Chinese PLA Navy has used its industrial might to add hardware more ships more submarines but given its multidimensional aggression deployment stretched thin logistics at breaking point also some of the systems are knock off technologies operational vulnerabilities aplenty
