With this restructure, they’re turning $8m of Cooks’ $12m salary into a signing bonus.
The Cowboys now have $21m in cap space.

They had $9.8M after their Cooks trade, now $16.2M after the restructure to Cooks contract. Zeke adds $10.9M after June 1st. Totally $27.1M if no moves are made between now and June 1st.
