However, his recent tweets bashing the team are very odd.

The bottom line is that it’s his choice. He knows what the cowboys did and didn’t do throughout the whole 6 years. Whatever value was placed on those actions didn’t measure up to him staying. Sad because all accounts say that the FO loves him but it’s just time to move on…
