Did you know that, despite fighting Stalin on the Eastern Front, the Germans outfought the Allies in nearly every battle on the Western Front. The Allies saw thousands of their own soldiers die unnecessarily as well as huge collateral damage on the civilian side.

D day was important no doubt .. but do you know that 75% of casualties inflicted on the Wehrmacht were inflicted by Russia? Just so you know .. the war was not won by the Americans ..

D-Day was a landmark in the history of the Second World War, and should be celebrated to the full.
But I ask for all to remember too that 80 years on sadly another war rages on in Europe, and we use the opportunity to commit further allies' aid Ukraine in reaching its D-Day.
