Planning rejected, large amount of repairs required. Doyley as fare as I am aware are trying to offload it. I wouldn't imagine many want it unfortunately.

@DavidJazay I took a picture of this building earlier this year on a trip over, and it appears there’s the remnants of a ghost sign painted halfway up the facade. Any idea what it used to say?
