doesn't have the capacity to transform and distribute more electricity than is already installed at Cd. Juárez, that is a big problem.
Another problem, the infrastructure of the city is badly damaged and neglected, potholes all over the roads.

We’re border city to El Paso, Texas. Many auto suppliers already have operations in Juárez, so there’s plenty of high skilled labor force. There is plenty of land available and/or existing projects built here that can be useful for $TSLA

Presidente, la presentación habría que mejorarla. Está bien el planteamiento, pero deben hacer un ofrecimiento CONCRETO de qué beneficio fiscal tendría en impuestos federales, estatales y locales VS Estado de Texas, beneficio logístico, de infraestructura, mano de obra, etc.
