Not available at all in the UK or just not available on NHS? Remember US doesn’t have an NHS. If the treatment not approved at all in the UK, not even if you pay: why on Earth not?

A decade ago NHS was sending cancer patients blood to USA to do gene testing to determine if chemo would be beneficial. Didn't have the ability here at that time.

I have stage 4 cancer and the only thing I have heard from the big charities has been asking for donations and that they will give me a free will if I leave them something!

We have one of her best healthcare systems in the world. I’m not aware of to which case you refer, but if he has to go to the states it would be for a procedure that has not been approved by the uk healthcare system. Normally because is has not been proven to be effective
