Less than 20% of Ukraine is at war, so 80% is producing and working, their total GDP is £200B the rest of the world has given them more than that, as well as arms and ammo. Are you not seeing the picture yet? Why did the people run to the UK, why not western Ukraine?

In all fairness, many Ukrainians who came to the UK reacted in horror at the state of the place and opted to return home and take their chances.

I said this months ago. You could still book a hotel in most areas of ukraine so it would of been easier and cheaper to move people into hotels than to the uk

Quite. I have Ukranian friends who still have family over there. Not running scared or rushing to evacuate, but then, they remember 2014.
