When a lawsuit starts ALL the parties on the case (lawyers or pro se)must open an account thru PACER which is the platform/website on how the parties are communicating with the court!

In this PACER you can see the entire history on any lawsuit from the time is open to the moment is closed!
What many don’t know is that even you as a non party you can too make an account, the only “problem” is: you have to pay for each page you download $0.30/page!

What Plainsite did, he gave ALL of us the opportunity to learn about important cases, (NOT only Tesla which sadly are in the hundreds or more), to see and read what’s happening with a case and make our own opinion!
That includes the number of lawyers who left for example and …

And most importantly documents and EVIDENCE that both parties are required to present!
Or testimonies that are quite “touchy” for many and which sometimes are not available otherwise! (They are kept under the hood if you know what I mean)

So what Plainsite does is to take (and pay for many) those documents which are publicly available for a cost, (and for the ones who know where to look and share those) and gave all of us those informations for FREE!
