Even if the Truth will come out soon thru my lawsuit, I already paid the price for crimes I was accused and never committed,for events never existed and TESLA knew it way to well before lying publicly

I have to admit one thing:Musk and his PR are damn good on lying and destroying their targets!
Even if it hurts I need to acknowledge: who will believe anyone will lie about things are so easily provable:that is way are called material facts,like receipts, emails and contracts🥺

I guess no matter how many times I kept saying I never did the crimes Tesla/Musk’s PR Maliciously accused me of...I don’t have Musk’s billions and his well known vindictive behavior,nor I’ll never know how to lie and be a hypocrite the way he is

Damages for Lost business opportunities generally not recoverable bc too speculative but could be considered by arbitrator for emotional distress damages and punitive damages. if you get lucky, a big arbitration award would be hard to vacate in court
