@CosmicSkeptic This is really funny, as God is always right in front of (or right behind) your very nose. God is being itself. You are is proof. While a created being is not the same as God, it is of the same substance. If that proof is not good enough then go see pure Being Itself, as it is…

@CosmicSkeptic Hello, Alex. I applaud your study. I really do, and I don't pretend to say I have studied atheism to the degree you have studied Christianity. Here is a couple of my thought, which may make your eyes roll, but I share this because I want you to be saved. Belief in God is not…

@CosmicSkeptic Putting that long humblebrag aside, look outside yourself to the objective historic fact of the incarnate Christ crucified, dead, buried, resurrected, ascended, and reliably attested, not to finite personal experience or inconstant feelings.

@CosmicSkeptic I wonder why Alex made all of these desperate attempts to believe God exists. He should have looked inside, where a deep sense of belief is lurking, not outside, for that matter. I bet he will come some day and proclaim his faith, a St. Thomas and St. Paul in the making. ☺️

@CosmicSkeptic Appealing to emotion to deny the existence of God? How is this any different to someone who appeals to emotion to prove the existence of God? These are all subjective experiences. The intellectual and moral bankruptcy of atheism in full display.

@CosmicSkeptic To see God's works, one only needs to look in the mirror. If you listen to him, he never sought God, he sought proof.

@CosmicSkeptic How did you miss the main point? Since receiving the Holy Spirit, I've met a number of professing Christians who have not experienced the power of the Holy Spirit. Their lives are unchanged. They remain the same. Before making a case against God, learn something about God.

@CosmicSkeptic You have your reward in this life. Fame and fortune. But then comes the judgement. Remember, not even satan escapes judgement. He has his reward in this life as well.

@CosmicSkeptic Why would Spirit/God/Divinity feel the need to prove its existence to a snobby man-child? Spirit is indifferent to Man’s personal beliefs. Believe or don’t believe, it’s a free will choice that either arises from Faith or doesn’t.

@CosmicSkeptic So God is to be blamed because you could not 'find him'? Why atheists assume God is open to having a relationship with everyone? He hides from sin and unwilling sinners. He is absolutely pure.

@CosmicSkeptic If he studied Aquinas, he did not study long enough. The problem is you have to let Aquinas sink in over time. People just don't normally think as deeply as Aquinas did. Like all math, it takes time and practice to tune your mind to those logical patterns. Meanwhile, he…

@CosmicSkeptic Have you read Karen Armstrong's A History of God? There's a really interesting section where she talks about how she realised, after being a nun for decades who similarly found no evidence for God, that God is a work of the imagination. It's a fascinating insight I think
