@EarthBayou I encapsulated mine & my bleeding was minimal, my eating was more intuitive vs just eating like crazy, I was in a good mood the entire time vs ppd, more energy, I always had oversupply but this time was CRAZY, & no hair loss. 🥲

@Cillasopink @EarthBayou Consumed mine, also NO PP HAIR LOSS! That’s something sooo many woman complain about. Had 2 kids, consumed both placentas, all the healing benefits, but wow I never thought about how I didn’t experience postpartum hair loss.

@divinedierra @EarthBayou I think it’s the bioavailable iron! All female issues can be linked back to low iron. W/ my 1st, I had so many bald spots 🥴 every time I got up from bed or combed my hair I’d see the clumps 😮‍💨 Now my hair is longer, shinier and stronger.

@Totoisbetter @EarthBayou I gave birth at home. When I went into labor my doula came over. She took the placenta, skinned and dehydrated it and placed the powder in capsules. I took 9 a day to consume it as fast as possible. Other mammals eat it in its entirety asap but I’m not crazy about the idea 😂

@Cillasopink @EarthBayou I did the same & she also made a liquid that I keep in the freezer if I had any postpartum after my pills were gone & when I hit menopause.

@Cillasopink @EarthBayou This is what the plan was for me as well but I wasn’t able to due to complications after birth.
