The MoU was signed today in the presence of CEC, Sh Rajiv Kumar and EC, Shri Arun Goel. Sh Vineet Pandey Secretary, Department of Posts Sh Sunil Mehta, CE, & Sh Gopal M Bhagat, DCE, Sh B N Mishra, SA from IBA and officials from Department of Posts, and ECI were present. (3/3)
