@BickersCarla Pennsylvania finally numbered exists like a mile marker instead of arbitrary number. You don't have to look for the little mile numbers on the map.

@UnderhillVicky I was a war baby. I was conceived between battles my parents were having and they weren't funny.

@Charles02339637 I am concerned that our Military is too reliant on GPS. I learned map & compass in Cub Scouts. Come to think of it, I am concerned about a lot of the technology that our Military uses that would be rendered inoperable under certain conditions.

@karawan_ken I'm hoping they still teach map craft.
