It’s only happening because of the FTX dumping, which is done.. XRP doesn’t have that.

What makes little sense is if institutions and countries know what the value of the 3 x's are in the future, then why not just buy up as much as you could. It makes no sense if we use numbers and prices that are being shown to retail currently.
