Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters is being patched "to comply with the T ESRB rating." The patch will also be applied in Europe for parity.
The update changes text/audio, and Idea Factory has provided a comparison of the content affected. The game was originally released on Jan 24.

Uhhhh... are we sure that this is actually intervention from the ESRB instead of self-censorship?
None of this seems out of range of the T rating, and in fact if you look at recent ESRB ratings E10+ games have gotten away with "ass" and "pissed off"
