3 weeks ago I started to diet.
Today I got on the scales for my weekly weight in.
In 3 weeks I've lost 14lbs 🤯
I went down to 5 pints of beer a week & stopped junk food.
Walk everyday for an hour, and that's how I've done it!
So proud of myself today 🥳
