A surprising amount of pushback and unfollows from furries today upset at me for calling Florida under governor DeSantis a "Fascist Regime". Didn't know that was controversial! 🤷

as a German - we have some fascist experience - i may say, a "Fascist Regime" is slightly different.
- you still can leave the state or country
- no one is - more than usual for the US - getting deported or shot
- there is still a somewhat working justice system…
