@Cacophanus I grew up with G gundam and wing on toonami. back then as a millenial with little to no access to the internet, it was that or catching snippets of 00 on the Sci-Fi channel when they had an anime block.

@Cacophanus I think this is more of a zoomer pic than a millennial one. You could remake this image in the late 90s/early 2000s and replace IBO with Wing, because that's all western fans knew about.

@Cacophanus This might be more applicable to Gen Z. Not sure how it was outside of the Americas, but Toonami was giving us our 1st Gundam exposure, starting with Gundam Wing in 2000 and then 0079 & 08th MS Team the following year. These were airing in after school daytime slots next to DBZ
