l make fun of surgeons mostly because I am one… otherwise I’m sure I would get some nasty-grams! Plus we can’t take ourselves too seriously, that’s stressful

You must be at an academic medical center for that look. In the real world trenches, even the elite surgeons look harried 😎☮️

I had a venerable old cardiac surgeon wander into my ICU supply room. Heard him rooting around and popped my head in to see if he needed help. I asked what he was looking for, he said stainless steel screws. I said yikes, why?!!? He said he had to repair something at his cabin 😂
