I love my trauma and ICU family. One minute you can be discussing amantadine in TBI patients, then you’re arguing over whether a kolache is a pastry, then everyone available drops everything to help out a dying patient. My peeps. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎

@CPark_MD I do acute care and leave the ICU stuff like TBI Tx to the big brained people so all I can tell you is that Kolache : Pastry as is Chicago Deep Dish : Pizza. Which is to say: NOT AT ALL.

@rechargeability I believe true kolaches are pastries, however the one version Texans consume more is likely to be the Klobasniky (bread with hot dog, probably a jalapeño).
