@CNNHeroes @GamersOutreach just saying gaming helped me deal with mental issues that meds and therapy were not able to help, i suffer from a rage disorder (that i dont remember the name of) which leaves me angry all the time, for no reason, gaming gave me a place to vent that aggression and feel normal
