@BylineTV My heart genuinely goes out to this man. Clearly a very decent person who just cared about his family’s future. So utterly let down.

@BylineTV The responses from anti-Brexiters to this make me despair. He backed the wrong horse but has the humility to admit such. That race has finished. Why not embrace him and others like him so that they might back your horse in a future race?

@BylineTV @BylineTimes Such a good interview. But I'll never understand why people like the interviewee describe themselves as 'disappointed'. Where is the anger? He knows he was lied to & his business is on its knees & he's disappointed? I'd be full of white hot, searing anger.

@BylineTV So many lies, so many tragic consequences, and the fishing industry is just one of the early ones. I only hope those who were duped never vote for the Tories again in their lives.

@BylineTV And a reminder to what the responses would be when concerns were raised about red tape exports would face outside the Single Market. This is from 2019

@BylineTV Nobody said the beginning of the new agreement was going to be without a few obstacles. What these fishermen are CURRENTLY going thru is the typical bureaucratic bottleneck at the beginning of any new agreement /system /process. Come back in 1yr after the processes are ironed out

@BylineTV feel a bit sorry for this man and many others who were totally conned. but also angry at the damage they have caused, particularly for young people in the future. brexit will also bring about the end of united kingdom.

@BylineTV Europe to rely on us? Independence? From what exactly? This was the energy ppl stuck too, without considering anything else, reducing foresight, to fear mongering. Public was taken advantage of Again, bein out of Europe doesn’t affect the lives of the elite who pushed it Sad

@BylineTV The future will be as good, if not better for our children, but everyone has to help create it, so get on with it and find a way. It’s not like we are coming out of the last world war 🤷🏾‍♂️

@BylineTV Very sad British people have been lied to by politicians working for their own petty party & personal interests instead of for the common good. From mainland #Europe we saw it happen with huge regret. Who will hold people like @Nigel_Farage @BorisJohnson accountable? #Brexit
