@ButchBaseball29 Not a fan, but it is what it is. Looks like yet another change to what pitchers can and cant do as well. Just make the rules the same as NCAA and be done with it. Fed rules are a joke and many umpires end up carrying multiple books. Just play baseball the way it was meant to play
