Something Fresno State fans might not understand is that the Dogs host prospective recruits (for all sports) at home games and a raucous, full Stadium makes a huge impact. On the flip side, when we don't show up, it also makes an impact. We are all "selling"

In a free market economy there is competition for $. That is all you have here.
In the end Fresno State will draw big crowds when the $/entertainment value is high. When it is low people will go and do other things

Before we start blaming fans, Fresno State needs to address the student section. As a recruit, I would be far more turned off by an empty student section. Building your attendance starts with building student attendance.
