Israel in a defensive war taking property formerly part of the Mandate for a Jewish National Home, not owned by another sovereign country, is not “occupation” under the Geneva Convention.

Sometimes I think that everyone knows this, but then I'm surprised that's not the case:

And yet if they just keep repeating the words illegal occupation people start to believe it, especially the left. The question is, what do we do about it? And why hasn't israel been a lot more vocal about this from day one. Is it too late?
