Yes. They first did rewiring and removal of power cables in Calle Real, especially the spaghetti wires that obscured the heritage buildings.

Paolo Alcazaren, who worked in Singapore and designed the Esplanades and some streets there, went home to the Philippines and designed all of Iloilp Cityβs esplanades, linear parks, bike lanes, and urban landscaping.
