As a 37 yr soap lawyer who got disbarred 5 yrs ago for driving over 3 ppl while drunk & lied about sleeping with my Psychiatrist who died in my bed after having sex with him... even after all that.... I would know to check the freakin box to get a jury trial.
When the judge just informed your client that the only reason he doesn’t get a jury trial is because you forgot to check the box to ask for one.
