I’m getting back up there. I’ve been exercising daily and eating good meals. The spring weather helps a lot too. I feel the results of taking good care of myself and I love myself so much because of it. The chess puzzle rating is just a bonus. Feeling very happy recently.
I’m having a hard time being healthy and staying focused. I’m hoping spring weather will help me feel better.
