Seriously though. Like I don't judge anyone for not having dysphoria I'm happy for them 💯 most day's Im not dysphoric, I want SRS but I do have days I'm dysphoric as heck. I'm pretty confident in myself but still it shouldn't be a gatekeeping thing at all. That don't seem right

I got to teach Paul Lucas' Trans Scripts last week, and it has a whole scene where the women argue on stage about bottom dysphoria. A great play.

Everyone's transness is their own, trying to police it is just silly. Just because I want bottom surgery doesn't mean a darn thing about anyone else's journey or how valid they are.

Glad I transitioned when I did but bad dysphoria can come from anything. My mom once freaked that I bought a dress when I was young and like 14 15 and it made me feel so bad I kind of kept those feelings to myself. She’s supportive now kind of, but that was like learning the diff

My first thought when a trans girl says she doesn't have bottom dysphoria is "fuck yeah, good for you, I'm happy you don't have to experience it ❤️" even if I can't personally relate to it myself

This is why we need better public education on the trans phenomenon. I wasn't sure it was real, when I went to my first trans meeting I was told because I liked my dick, I wasn't really trans. That set me back 10yrs. I'm still mad about it.
