Becuase it wasn't in the original Japanese version.
Once again, proving why English localizers, are an absolute poison to Japanese entertainment. They insert their lame cringe reddit politics, in other people's hard work, in an attempt to use manga as their political soapbox!

Nah homie, this aint it. I read japanese and even if u didnt read it in the first chapters he isnt paid properly for his work he never gets to have a vacation. hes just happy he actually doesn't have to literally be a Slave wage anymore under those yakuza/ Debt mafia.
@Black_D_Gamer1
You can make a case about ユウキュウ(有給。yuukyuu) which can be translated as Paid Vacation. but ウィニョン is very weird indeed, tho, not the word they would use for union. fact is, the anime didn't tried to adapt any of those and instead went for some "wan wan" thing.

When I first saw 「ウィニョン」I thought it was union at first. But, it's actually "winiyon", which is just plain gibberish. So it can't be "Union" as the spelling is「ユニオン」.
@Black_D_Gamer1
I only speak rudimentary Japanese but I can tell you very easily he is indeed singing about having a union job and paid time off in the Japanese version
