@JoshLekach This is literally one of the best ways to cook expensive steaks and one of the most efficient and healthiest ways to cook food quickly as long as the plastic is high grade I know some people hate plastic but this is really common - nobody ever cooked steak like this?

@JoshLekach @SolBrah Yeah well the molecular component of the food grade plastic in sous vide would be negligible if its temp resistant I would be more concerned with the hormones in the chickens and the industrial farming used to collect the eggs Than doing a Sous Vide
